About me

Hi, I’m Fliss. As an animal wellness practitioner & healer, I work with you and your animal to support their health and well-being by combining holistic methods with a deep, intuitive understanding of each individual’s needs.

Here’s a bit about me and my journey so far…

I have always felt a profound love and connection with animals, seeing them as individual, sentient beings. Animals have been a significant part of my life since childhood; as a neurodivergent person, I often found it easier to understand animals than most people, forming deep bonds and caring for them wholeheartedly. I have always been drawn to the holistic side, even as a teenager, I completed workshops in intuitive animal communication as well as crystal and colour healing for animals.

My journey into holistic animal wellness truly began when I sought natural alternative healing for my own animal family. After our family dog developed pancreatitis and conventional veterinary treatments proved ineffective, I discovered Applied Zoopharmacognosy (botanical self-selection), which empowers animals to tap into their innate wisdom and choose the natural remedies they need to heal.

With guidance from a practitioner, I provided him with tailored botanicals that were offered and then consulted a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specialist who crafted a bespoke herb blend for deeper, long-term support. By combining these with gentle dietary changes and natural whole foods, he experienced a remarkable recovery, ending up healthier and feel better than ever.

After that experience, I realised my true inner calling: supporting animals and their guardians through holistic, compassionate, individualised care. As a certified Animal PsychAromatica Practitioner trained by Nayana Morag from Essential Animals, I use natural botanicals, self-selection, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to foster physical and emotional wellness. I have deepened my knowledge through specialising in AcuAromatics, integrating the 5-element philosophy, meridians, and acupressure. Chinese Herbal Medicine under Neomi David, enabling me to craft bespoke herb blends, and address health, emotional and behavioural imbalances at their root, based on thorough TCM assessments. TCM and canine nutrition to create healing diets that bridge nutritional science with ancient wisdom.

Also delving into animal energetics and communication, including flower essences, intuitive communication, understanding the emotional dimension of sickness, end-of-life support and how we can work with animals to promote healing for the whole family.

Throughout my journey, I have had the honour of completing Reiki Levels 1 and 2, Animal Reiki, and ultimately my Reiki Master/Teacher degree. Facilitating healing sessions for animals is a truly profound experience; they are remarkably in tune with their bodies and possess a natural awareness of their own healing needs.

Over years of practice, I have developed a broad, intuitive skill set that allows me to create tailored wellness plans for every animal I support. I have seen firsthand how a personalised holistic approach, rooted in deep respect for each animal can transform an animal’s physical and emotional health, empowering them to thrive and enjoy their fullest, happiest lives. I am deeply committed to every client, pouring my heart into supporting the animals I am so privileged to work with.

If you are ready to embark on a healing journey for your animal, I invite you to reach out or explore my services to find the perfect fit for your companion.

Through this work, I’ve learned that animals have so much to teach us; their wisdom is truly profound, and I consider it a privilege to listen to and learn from them every day. I look forward to supporting many more beloved animals and continuing to expand my knowledge to provide the very best care for your animal family 💛
